Vehicle Arrival & Event Schedule
The event will be hosted Rain or Shine
All registered vehicles are required to arrive and set up between 7:00 AM and 9:45 AM to ensure smooth parking and preparation.
*Late arrival will require a notice*
The event will officially kick off at 10:00 AM and run until 5:00 PM.
Judging will be conducted throughout the day, with the Awards Ceremony scheduled to begin around 4:00 PM.
*Vehicles must be at or less than 1/4 tank of fuel.
