  • Event participants, sponsors, and vendors acknowledge that OklahomaCarShows.com serves as a marketing and event support platform and does not assume liability for event operations.
  • Users registering for events through the platform are responsible for providing accurate registration details and complying with event-specific policies.
  • Car show coordinators utilizing our platform agree to adhere to honest and fair practices for event management and judging.
  1. Payment, Sponsorship, and Refund Policies
  • Payments for event registrations, sponsorships, and services must be completed in full before participation.
  • All sales are final unless otherwise specified in a written agreement.
  • Sponsorship placements, ads, or promotions purchased through OklahomaCarShows.com are non-refundable once the campaign has started.
  1. Liability & Disclaimer
  • OklahomaCarShows.com and Marketing Smart Inc. do not assume responsibility for accidents, property damage, or personal injuries occurring at events listed on our platform.
  • We do not guarantee the accuracy of information provided by third-party event organizers, sponsors, or vendors.
  • By participating in or attending any event promoted through our platform, you assume all risks and agree to hold OklahomaCarShows.com, Marketing Smart Inc., and affiliates harmless from any claims, damages, or disputes arising from event participation.
  1. Intellectual Property
  • The Website and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Marketing Smart Inc. & OklahomaCarShows.com.
  • Users may not copy, modify, distribute, or commercially exploit any part of the Service without prior written consent.
  1. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms and Conditions.
