Waiver & Liability Disclaimer

1. Volunteer Acknowledgment & Responsibilities

• The Volunteer agrees to participate in OklahomaCarShows.com-sponsored events in a non-paid, voluntary capacity.
• The Volunteer understands that they will not be compensated for their time, labor, or services rendered.
• The Volunteer acknowledges that their participation is at-will and may be terminated by either party at any time.
• The Volunteer agrees to conduct themselves professionally and ethically, representing OklahomaCarShows.com and Marketing Smart Inc. in a positive manner.

2. Assumption of Risk & Release of Liability

• The Volunteer acknowledges that participation in car shows and related events may involve inherent risks, including but not limited to vehicle hazards, environmental risks, physical exertion, and large crowds.
• The Volunteer assumes full responsibility for any risks associated with their participation and agrees to hold harmless and indemnify the Organizer from any liability.
• The Volunteer waives any right to bring claims against the Organizer, its owners, agents, event sponsors, or affiliates for personal injury, property damage, or any other loss incurred while volunteering.
• The Organizer is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings during the event.

3. Medical Treatment & Emergency Situations

• The Volunteer agrees that in case of an emergency, event staff may provide or seek emergency medical treatment on their behalf if necessary.
• The Volunteer understands that they are responsible for any medical expenses incurred due to an accident or injury.

4. Media Release & Use of Likeness

• The Volunteer grants the Organizer permission to use their name, image, and likeness in photographs, videos, and promotional materials.
• The Volunteer acknowledges that no compensation will be provided for the use of their likeness.

5. Privacy & Data Protection Policy

• By volunteering for events managed by OklahomaCarShows.com in association with Marketing Smart Inc., the Volunteer agrees to the collection and use of personal data for event coordination purposes only.
• Marketing Smart Inc. and Oklahoma Car Shows will never sell, distribute, or share volunteer information with third parties without explicit consent.
• Volunteers may request data removal from internal databases at any time by contacting info@OklahomaCarShows.com.

6. Governing Law & Disputes

• This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma.
• Any disputes arising under this agreement shall be resolved through mediation first, and if unresolved, through binding arbitration.
